Wood fired roasted vegetables

Ingredients

  • Halve the vegetables and place on the tray with your whole garlic cloves
  • Drizzle your olive oil all over the vegetable adding salt and pepper for seasoning. 
  • Make sure your oven is now set at 500C
  • You will need to make sure it stays this hot for the whole time, adding pellets little and often to keep the flame going.
  • Now place the tray in the oven and leave with the door closed for 90 seconds and rotate, do this 3/4 times until soft
